I agree with the candle to remove wax from an ear, its a method used for hundreds of years, however the ionic foot cleanse?
The idea of removing liver and kidney toxins from your feet seems illogical, this would indicate in theory that you could urinate through your toes. I would assume that if the water is analyzed after you would find the “toxins” are actually copper and iron from the electodes corroding.
But if it makes you feel better then hey, why not. It’s just not science.
