HCG Diet Day 9...
DAY 9 - Weight 237.2
Still hungry. Okay,
the thing about this hunger problem now is the fact that
you are not always at home to do something like, eat a
little bit of apple so, you S T A R V E!!!! Until you get
homeand can eat something on your meager 500 calorie list
of food.
Today was still difficult in the
hunger factor. In fact, I'd say it's pretty much one hungry
week. The only difference at this point is that when I eat, the
hunger problem does not return within an hour. It stays away
longer.
Now then, are you getting the
picture yet? I've been told that after day 10, food is no
longer an issue. Your stomach just gives up telling you it
wants food. So, three more days and I hope to be at that stage.
I say that because you can't count the first two days of
stuffing your stomach beyond your natural eating
habbits.
If you read Kevin Trudeau's book,
The Weight Loss Cure, you're going to be under the impression
that hunger is not really THAT baaaad. PHFFFT!
Well, he does say if you totally
cleanse your body and jump through a lot of organic hooops, you
won't have hunger issues. I still say, PHFFFT!
What you should know is that you
just might have your stomach rhything and knawing at you for
food like an accidental encounter with a grisely bear having a
bad .... well.... actually just a grisly bear running into you
on any day!

DAY UM... TEN - Weight 235.6 - Hunger is down to
moderate..
Okay, so this is day 8 of the 500 calories, and my hunger is
moderate. It's still here, but it's not intense like it's been
the past 7 days. So, tomorrow should be even better and by the
tenth day on 500 calories, the hunger problem should
disappear.
