HCG Diet Day 5
My continuing saga with the hcg diet
DAY 5 - HUNGRY - YESH - Weight

Okay, today has been easier, but
I'm still hungry most of the time. My husband is also on this
diet, but he is only doing it to cleanse his body of toxins and
to lose just about 15 lbs or so. He's struggling with this even
more in some ways than me. But then he's never in his life
dieted before so it's not familiar territory to him. Diets are
hard for anyone, dieting all your life is EVIL and I can
already see the end of my fatty days using this HCG Diet
plan.
It is so great to see the scale
every morning with more weight off. Woo! I don't expect this to
happen everyday, but it's encouraging to already be 3 lbs less
than before I started this diet.
Here's a few suggestions that I
didn't include before.
Things to Get BEFORE you start
the HCG Diet:
1. An inside griller like the one
that GeorgeForman represents. There are several brands. His new
one is more expensive. The one we bought was just $20.00. And
TOTALLY worth it. My husband was resistant on getting this. He
didn't think we needed any more gadgets. However, the first two
days I had to fry everything and frying without oil just cramps
the whole process. So, do yourself a favor and get a
grill.
2. Buy a weight scale that also
tracks your fat and water percentage. I'm not going to post
those stats but I will tell you that I have already lost 2% fat
and gained some water weight which is great. What it tells me
is that I'm reallly losing fat, not water weight. It's
important for your phychie to get the full picture. Some of you
may be fine with just a regular scale, and that's ok too. I
have just been really happy seeing the fat percentage change
with just a few days of the hcg diet plan.
3. Before you start, you need to
buy the following items without toxins in them:
bar soap, shampoo, dish washing
soap or gloves, which is what I am doing. Seems like the
natural dishwashing liquids have an oil in them. You don't want
anything with oil to touch your skin. Oh, and use baking soda
for deoderant.
Next time I'll give you some of
my recipies. They are very simple, but hey, every little bit
helps. Pictures coming soon. It will require that I do some
work as I'm only giving you a siloutte. However, you will see
some pretty cool results. Using a siloette will allow me to
place the skinnier me over the starting me.

DAY 6 - ARG !!!! Weight

I'm
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hungry! This has been the worst
day for hunger so far. I've decided to eat my apple in the
morning about 2 hours after I wake up. I wake up sometimes so
early, like 4:30 - 5:30 am that I can't wait till lunch to
eat.
Day 7 - Hungry - STILL... Weight

Not as bad as yesterday, but
still here. I spread my apple snack out by eating half at a
time. I also grab a small organic tomato if needed for another
snack. I just don't eat it for lunch or dinner.
DAY 8 - Hunger is not so bad
today. Weight 237.0
My hunger in the morning was off
the chart so I ate my apple around 8:00 am. I was up since 5:30
so I needed to eat something to stop my stomach from constantly
nagging me. After that, the rest of the day wasn't as bad for
hunger as it's been. I'm STILL hungry, but it's not
overwhelming.
So, I hope you're getting a good
grip on what to expect by now. You must be TOTALLY COMMITTED.
My friends said it was about 10 days before they stopped having
horrible hunger pangs.
I am totally amazed at the
constant daily loss of weight here. I'm not going to be
remeasuing until the second week. I will not retake my body fat
until 20 lbs are gone as well. The nurse said there really
isn't an accurate measurement until after 20
lbs.
