HCG Diet Results Continued...
I am really not happy to see the
scale anymore...
If you've been following me since I
started the HCG diet so far, you'll remember that I did mention
our bodies go through water adjustments to rid the toxins our
of our fat that is being metabolized. So, even though I'm
losing each day, it's not always showing up on the scale.
Okay, here's my promised cabbage HCG diet recipe. This one is
not as wonderfully flavorful as the other two HCG diet recipes,
but it's a change of flavor, and I really like it.
HCG Diet Cabbage Recipe
Thin cut cabbage
Thick onion slices
Garlic chopped into tiny bits
Sea salt
Apple cider vinegar
I usually put a little water and apple cider vinegar into the
pan once it's heated to steam the veggies. Just plop then all
in the pan once it's hot and the liquid is steaming and stir
till it's slightly cooked. I don't like to cook my veggies till
their mushie. I like then a little bit crunchie. You cook then
how you like.
It's not much of a flavorful meal here, but if you mix in your
grilled meat, it's really quite nice. I like to mix in chicken.
I usually don't add any other seasoning to this meal other than
sea salt. You may want to add some of your favorite organic
herbs.
Oh, by the way...
I recommend making up a batch of the other two HCG recipes for
a few days of meals. The flavors of the fresh herbs really get
better and better if you have at least 3 days worth to eat. I
have found it also very helpful to just spoon out about 2 TBS
full of the salsa or spaghetti HCG diet recipes just to nibble
on when I'm really wanting to eat something and it's not time
for a meal.
